Founded as an initial two-man operation in 1979, Roger grew the Company from a focus on construction of individual homes to development of the acclaimed custom enclave of Rossmore Court in Great Falls. His commitment to exceeding client expectations and providing an uncompromised level of service has provided a solid foundation for continued growth and success over the Company’s 35 year history. With a long term strategic vision, he has promoted diversity and development of the Company’s greatest assets – its people.
Joining the Company as Vice President in 2003, Stacey implemented an organizational structure to promote greater efficiencies and effectiveness in project management and business oversight. With her appointment to President in 2008, she expanded the breadth of work expertise with a tailored program to incorporate renovations, additions, design-build services, and private facilities work. Forging a team centric approach through active oversight and participation has been the key to sustaining and enhancing the Company’s success. Stacey fosters a close partnership with each client and reinforces open communication and active collaboration at all levels among project team members. Stacey is a member of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA) and served as a past board member of the Custom Builders Council (CBC) and National Capitol Builders Network (NCBN). She is also an active member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA).
Dave has been an integral member of the GFC team since 2000, with a keen eye for “fit and finish” details, he ensures the highest level of quality in material selection, application and installation. He works closely with each project team to determine the appropriate and most effective use of resources based on the overall project scope of work and schedule. As a team leader, he instills pride and ownership in the craft of the work performed which is in turn reflected in every project delivered. No matter how large or small a project undertaken, the finish product must speak for itself and reflect the care, attention and talents of those who made it a success.
