  • Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
    Part time to full time position. Very organized, with positive outgoing attitude and excellent customer skills.   • Project Manager
    Highly motivated, results oriented, experienced manager to oversee custom home construction, additions and renovations. Responsibilities include reviewing scopes of work and developing the project estimate, outlining a comprehensive project schedule and task sequencing, and identifying timeframes for finish selection decisions and material order release. Must be proficient with project related software and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both oral and written, be an effective time manager, well-organized and able to multi-task to meet concurrent deadlines.   • Project Superintendent
    Highly motivated, results oriented, with on-site field experience in the residential construction process. Will directly manage on-site field coordination and oversight of the project – with a thorough understanding of the project plans, specifications, schedule and related sequencing of work. Responsible for scheduling daily activities of all associated labor, subcontractor and vendor crews and equipment to achieve maximum production in the most efficient manner. Performs daily reviews of on-site production to ensure the highest standards of quality control and project safety at all times. Conducts field lay-outs and verifies measurements/dimensions for cabinetry, millwork, MEP rough-ins, material installations, etc. Prepares material quantity take-offs (lumber, tile, etc.) to ensure delivery in advance of installation dates.
