Forming a partnership with our clients in the early stages of project planning allows us to focus on maximizing the strengths of all team disciplines. We assign a Project Manager in the design phase to review constructability, and identify means and methods as part of defining the overall project scope of work, budget and schedule. Our Project Manager assists the client in navigating the custom home building process from start to finish.
Our clients are not “passed on” to the next step in a program. As part of our team approach, we ensure project goals are clearly conveyed and implemented in the field by assigning a project specific Superintendent to oversee daily activities, efficiency of resources and quality of work. Every project no matter how large or small benefits from the skills and experience of this dedicated project team, combined with active support and oversight from executive management.
Every project team is supported by our in-house accounting and administrative resources to assist in cost tracking and reporting, contract execution, project documentation, records management and internal/external flow of communication.
